Privacy Policy
Awana Jets Ltd (“we”) is the controller of personal data processed through this website and in the course of providing private aviation services. This notice explains how we handle that data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus law.
Data we collect
We typically receive the information you choose to send us: name, contact details, company, preferred aircraft or itinerary, and any notes included in an enquiry. If you call or write, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can respond personally.
Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and provide the services you request
- To prepare quotations, due diligence and contractual documents
- To meet legal, tax, aviation-security and anti-money-laundering duties
- To protect the company and our clients where a legitimate interest applies
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share what is necessary with operators, insurers, legal counsel, banks and public authorities when a transaction or flight requires it, and only under appropriate confidentiality.
Retention
We keep records for as long as needed for the relationship and for the periods required by Cyprus company, tax and aviation rules, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus. To exercise your rights, write to info@awanajets.com.
